UofM Mosher Jorden Dormitory Renovations

Mosher Jordan Hall is an existed dormitory on the University of Michigan campus. The project consisted of a complete renovation of the existing residence hall, the addition of a new two story dining center and a new mechanical services building. The renovation of the 250 room residence hall included new bath facilities, new finishes and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing, as well as new elevators. The new dining center is a 35,000 square foot facility that seats approximately 700 people. Complete with large windows and an architectural timber framed roof system, the dining center contains a marketplace dining area and food emporium at the lower level. The mechanical services building serves as a chiller plant used to support mechanical systems of the renovated residence hall and new dining center. The entire project was completed in under 24 months.
