DTE Energy Campus Enhancements: Detroit based energy supplier DTE underwent a three phase renovation of it's office campus in downtown Detroit. This included the addition, renovation and reconstruction of the existing lobby and conference center.

The new lobby and conference center consists of the expansion and renovation to the existing lobby and the addition of several new conference rooms and conference facilities. The construction and renovation work was all coordinated and completed while the existing facilities remained operational.

Our contract for the project included the self performed installation and coordination of the cold formed metal framing for the interior stone and suspended wood ceilings, installation of the metal stud drywall partitions, gypsum ceilings and bulkheads, installation of the glazed decorative metal railings, hollow metal doors, frames and hardware, acoustical ceilings, metal panel ceilings and expansion joint assemblies. In addition we coordinated and subcontracted the installation of direct applied exterior canopies, overhead coiling fire doors, fixed sound absorptive panels, operable partitions, metal toilet partitions and toilet accessories. All of the work for all three phases of construction were performed within the original schedule.
