The Ann Arbor Municipal Center is a five story building consisting of 100,000 square feet of floor area plus an 8,000 square foot parking garage. The new addition is located west of the existing Guy C. Larcom, Jr. Municipal Building. The police occupy the second and third floors, while the 15th District Court occupies the forth and fifth floors. The project has targeted a LEED Gold certification. Construction for the entire project took 20 months and was completed on time.
